Teamixed Terms of Conditions

Teamixed connects founders and collaborators who exchange product, engineering, design, growth, and operations expertise for equity or revenue share. By accessing or using Teamixed you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate project details and collaboration expectations.
Respect intellectual property and confidentiality of other users.
Comply with applicable laws, including securities, data protection, and labor rules.

Project Collaborations

Teamixed is a collaboration platform, not a broker, escrow, adviser, or legal intermediary. We do not structure, recommend, verify, or enforce equity, revenue share, or other deal terms. Users choose what they disclose and remain responsible for all negotiations and compliance (including securities and tax obligations). Seek independent legal or financial advice before entering agreements.

Acceptable Use

You may not post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing content; attempt to compromise the platform; or harvest user data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (projects, applications, profiles). You grant Teamixed a limited, revocable, worldwide license to host and display that content solely to operate the platform. Posting content does not transfer your IP to Teamixed or other users. Do not upload content you lack rights to.

Payment and Fees

The current MVP does not charge subscription fees. If pricing changes, we will give at least 30 days notice.

Disclaimers

Teamixed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for damages that arise from collaborations formed through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teamixed, its founders, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Teamixed harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or applicable law (including IP or securities rules).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove or restrict content, and block access at our discretion for policy, legal, or security reasons. We will act reasonably, but without liability for such actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
